Seated in the tasting cellar, beautifully decorated for the occasion, you will be welcomed by Muriel, the winemaker, who will guide you through a guided tasting of six local wines, all produced using her expertise and commitment to organic viticulture. Each wine is carefully paired with a festive savoury or sweet delicacy to enhance the aromas and create surprising and harmonious combinations.

The programme includes a unique gourmet tasting, delicately pairing six organic Alsace wines with delicious Christmas treats: gingerbread, foie gras terrine, smoked duck breast stuffed with foie gras, kougelhopf, handmade Christmas biscuits and other seasonal delicacies will perfectly complement these exceptional wines... Each bite has been selected to enhance the characteristics of each wine, creating a moment of discovery and pleasure.
